耶和华的眼目无处不在，恶人善人，祂都鉴察（箴言15:3）
平安弟兄姊妹们！没有任何事情能够逃脱上帝的鉴察，因此没有任何事情能够出乎上帝的意料。在上帝，根本没有意外，所以祂永远都是在适当时候、精准地完成祂所要成就的旨意，就是奖赏或审判。
