戏笑穷人的，是辱没造他的主；幸灾乐祸的，必不免受罚（箴言17:5）
平安弟兄姊妹们！上帝是按照自己的形象造出我们每一个人，当我们因任何事，就如贫穷，而嘲笑任何人时，就是在侮辱上帝。上帝说“总会有穷人存在”【申命记15:11 原来那地上的穷人永不断绝。所以我吩咐你说：“总要向你地上困苦穷乏的弟兄（基督徒）松开手。”马太福音26:11 常有穷人和你们同在……】，所以我们要帮助他们，而不是嘲笑他们（主耶稣在约翰福音15:12里对我们说：“你们要彼此相爱，像我爱你们一样，这就是我的命令”）
He who mocks the poor reproaches his MAKER
Pro. 17:5 – He who mocks the poor reproaches his MAKER; He who is glad at calamity will not go unpunished.

GOD made us all in HIS image, and to mock anyone for something like poverty is to mock GOD. GOD said the poor would always exist (Deut. 15:11 - There will always be poor people in the land. Therefore I command you to be openhanded toward your fellow Israelites [Christians] who are poor and needy in your land. Matt. 26:11 - The poor you will always have with you,. . . . ); we are to help them, not mock them.(JESUS told us in John 15:12 - My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you).
