我的房屋中介是Linkvest Realty Pte Ltd 不会有问题吧？


中介的名字是 房妙真。

我已经交了450元的押金和225 的中介费

这个月18号就要搬进去了。

I just signed the one-page contract...

the owner signed the contract too, but i didn't verify whether the woman is the owner of the house.

The contract is about the S$450 deposit will be returned to me when I moved out.

you can request the her to prove the ownership of the house, thats ur right.  In your case i think its a trust worth agent.
