我写过邮件问过ICA，我的情况是预约了但没有打印，再进去就找不到打印的选项了。系统还做的不够完善呀。
看下面的官方回答。

Please use the eAppointment System to check whether your booking is confirmed. If your booking is confirmed and reflected in the eAppointment system, you can approach our PRSC information counter, level 5 with the FIN no. for an appointment queue ticket when you come on our office to submit the PR application on your scheduled date/time. It is alright if you do not have the acknowledgement letter.
