刚看到了发布的关于最近一个月的组屋买家数据,但有几个问题想请教大家
买家了除了first-timer, second-timer外,是不是就是third-timer, forth-timer...nth-timer?
hdb不会限制一个人买组屋的次数和拥有的个数吗?
first-timer 占23%主要购买5room组屋,2nd-timer及2-nd以上主要购买3room以下的组屋,是不是说明有很多炒房,投资买家?
另外为什么还有private property owner可以买组屋????

First, the demand for all flat types was quite evenly distributed, with 4-room flats enjoying an edge. This is not surprising as 4-room units are the most common flat type.Second, first-time buyers made up a quarter of transactions, but second-timers were the largest buyer group, chalking up a third of all transactions.Third, there were clear differences in preference among first- and second-timers. The former preferred larger flats, while the latter, smaller flats.Fourth, the next buyer groups were PRs (20%), singles (15%) and private property owners (8%), with clear differences in flat type choices.
