Step3: Visit the Child care center.
Observe the children...
a.Are they happy and engrossed in their play?
b.Do they turn to the staff for comfort, help and information? Active planning and guidance from the staff will help children in developing social relationships.
c.Do they explore with materials and equipment? Children express their personal feelings through play and it also develops their desire to learn and experiment.
d.Does the staff relate with children in a sensitive way? Children need to be treated with respect to gain self-confidence.
e.Does the staff respond to what a child has to say? Children need to feel important within the group and they learn from interacting with adults.
f.What kind of cooments does the staff make about a child's work? The staff whould show appreciation for each child's efforts and encourage them to create and express their feelings.

The overall atmosphere at the center should be relaxed and conducive to ree activity and healthy development.

*While at the centre, take a look at the tenure of the licence displayed. A 24-month licence indicates a center with a high standard of care while a 12-month licence is issued for meeting the minimum standard.*

我最近看了一家叫童馨园的，好像还不错，半天要490左右，我去参观学校，老师让拜六在去，我儿子两岁半，本来很想送去的，可是看完之后心里有点怕怕，不知道哪位妈咪知道义顺有没有好的幼儿园呢，老师最重要了

阿，my first skool也是这么恐怖啊，我看得盛港新开的这件校长第一感觉不错，不知道进去了会怎么样，不敢想，唉。。
我现在这间已经交了1600+ 的钱，还不知道能退回来多少，要是校长无理，她可以一分钱不退的，因为我打去mcys问，她们说不是每间学校都有trail period，要是我这间没有，我投诉也没用，必须提前一个月根学校说退学，否则就是要白白交2个月的学费+衣服什么的

谢谢呀！其实我上礼拜打电话去过，我觉得mcys接电话的那个人态度也一般，是个讲英文的，我问是不是每间都有trail period，她说depanding on Management，如果那间childcare没有这个规定，就必须提前一个月提出，我问如果老师不好，我不满意呢，她一直强调must one month notice,我看就算真的要投诉都不是那么简单

最新消息：我2个礼拜前已经跟这间学校说我们不再继续在那里上学了，讲了我看到的情况，校长说老师说我没有跟她们太互动， 别的家长以来就强调它孩子特别调皮，要注意，我说我都跟中，英文老师说了好几遍了，她们都答应了也没做呀！暂且不提这些。
我问校长又没有trail period, 她说有，我心里还暗喜，她说她叫headquarter做我们退学的account，我就等了一个礼拜，因为新学校18号开学，那边一直打电话说原来那间学校的subsidy还没有弄好，这间不可以process，我就打电话问校长，校长说会1，2天后告诉我，今天第三天，另外学校有打给我问我处理好没有，我只好打给原来那间，这样校长才说只能退押金，其他（第一个月学费，校服等）都不能退，还有政府的subsidy也没有了，因为我们没有提前一个月通知，我说你之前不是说有trail period吗？她说是有，但是当时我们没有签那个表格，我就奇了怪了，你是校长还是我是校长，我怎么知道要签什么，我说你当时也没跟我说要签呀？她说她也没办法，最多把校服钱试着退给我（一开始讲电话她说不退，我们要拿他们学校的衣服回家，因为第一天她没给我，我们到现在还没有校服），我说要他把Headquarter的电话给我，她说可以叫他们打给我，可是到现在也没打给我，我不知道怎么联系他们总部，现在我还得交另外一间学校的全额费用，因为没有subsidy

找了几天也找不到当时的小册子了，退学了就好，这段时间真是辛苦了......

谢谢宝妈啊，不知道是不是可以去MCYS去complain
这间学校还没有退回我们的钱，也不知道是什么时候的事，看来我们要还全额学费给新学校了，因为那间学校没处理好subsidy.
算了吧，我没打算要回来，但是我想complain 他们，校长真的很不负责任
