If reg.exe is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32, the security rating is 17% dangerous. The file size is 50,176 bytes.File reg.exe is a Windows core system file. The program has no visible window.

If reg.exe is located in a subfolder of "C:\Documents and Settings", the security rating is 46% dangerous. The file size is 172,544 bytes (33% of all occurrences), 382,464 bytes or 20,480 bytes.There is no file information. Reg.exe is not a Windows system file. The program has no visible window. reg.exe is able to record inputs.

If reg.exe is located in a subfolder of C:\Windows, the security rating is 2% dangerous. The file size is 60,416 bytes.

If reg.exe is located in C:\, the security rating is 36% dangerous. The file size is 122,375 bytes.

Important: Some malware camouflages itself as reg.exe, particularly when located in the c:\windows or c:\windows\system32 folder. Therefore, you should check the reg.exe process on your PC to see if it is a threat.

C:\WINDOW\SYSTEM32目录下的reg.exe一般不会有问题。如果杀毒软件没有找到病毒，可能只是狮城网的账号密码被别人猜到了。如果还有其他账号用同一个密码的话，也要尽快改。
