Option (2) If you wish to lodge a complaint against a company/business,
                 you can do so via our online application. Alternatively, you can
                 visit our office at 170 Ghim Moh Road, #05-01 Ulu Pandan
                 Community Building for a free consultation with our officers
                 between 9am to 4pm, Mondays to Saturdays. Please bring your
                 identification document such as identity card, work permit or
                 passport. Do bring along receipts/agreements or other relevant
                 papers regarding your complaint. We will assess your complaint
                 and if we do file, a small fee will be imposed.

Option (3) If you wish to feedback or share some experience with us,

楼主好脾气。我在chinatown买过一次手机后再也没在那买过了。以后还是自己牵线或者到大商场里去买吧

吾吉士的：森林大厦也一样，我是去买个三星NOTE2，刚开始讲好价了，全包。都最后给我算出来三千多块，再加手机费四千多。我当时就说我要报警，他们不给手机，后来花了100块才把机子退了。

xjp的商业信誉在世界上是有口碑的！，所以一些奸商骗子就是利用我们对他们的信任来欺诈！！！回头还一直说自己是xjp人怎么这么奉公守法，是有素质的人，不会坑蒙拐骗，然后坑你是一点不含糊，不手软！！！强烈鄙视这些人，，，！！！买东西还是去比较大型的购物中心靠谱些！！！
