Job Description

A summary

of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
Monitor and supervise junior engineer and assistant engineer ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship. Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.
Preparation of basic program (estimated targeted) for the site team to follow accordingly.
Ability to resolve drawing discrepancies prior to start.
Preparation of basic method statements and work instructions for construction.
Involve in coordination between sub-contractors / vendors / departments and anticipate labour / material / equipment demands to meet schedules.
Involve in planning all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage and wastages of all.
Day-to-day management of the site.
Preparing daily reports
