工作要求 - 处理一般行政工作(包括文件控制,人力资源,基本会计职责等)
- 发行报价,采购订单和协调交付
- 出现其他任何临时职责
职业水平 - 最低“ O”水平/任何领域的文凭
- 至少一年的相关工作经验(欢迎应届毕业生申请)
- 熟悉MicrosoftOffice(MS Word,Excel和PowerPoint)
- 投入,自我激励和细心
- 能够立即开始工作
Job Descriptions - Handle general administrative works (incl document controlling, HR, basic accounting duties, etc)
- Issue Quotation, Purchase order and Coordinate delivery
- Any other ac-hoc duties when arise
Job Requirements - Minimum 'O' level/ Diploma in any Field
- At Least 1 year relevant working experience(Graduates are welcome to apply)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Committed, Self Motivated and Meticulous
- Able to start work immediately
