工作简介：
我们希望有责任心且细致的个人助理加入我们，提供个人/私人助理的支持，帮助CEO和企业一同发展

工作职责：
1. 安排会议并记录跟踪；
2. 文件处理与系统填报信息；
3. 组织活动与线上线下会议；
4. 整理公司材料并形成SOP流程；
5. 帮助规划CEO的时间表与会议安排；
6. 协调公司与合作方的相关事宜跟踪反馈；
7. 制作文档与报告；
8. 管理公司相关文件等

招聘要求：
1. 拥有行政助理等有关证件者优先录用；
2. 流利的中英双语口语写作能力；
2. Office软件熟练应用；
3. 细致耐心的工作态度，积极应对挑战；
4. 优秀的沟通能力；
5. 时间管理能力突出，并且可以承担多项任务

Job brief

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to Directorr’s working life and communication.

Responsibilities

• Produce reports, presentations and briefs for meeting with clients
• Devise and maintain office filing system
• Handle paper work of clients’ details and submit into relevant systems
• Organise events and meetings
• Take dictation and minutes
• Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external clients
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Source office supplies
  

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• MS Office and English proficiency
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Polytechnics or above degree
• PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
