Responsibilities · Secretarial support and travel arrangements (ticketing and hotel booking). · Responsible for full spectrum of secretarial and administrative duties · Able to provide HR support; recruitment and newly on-board staff · Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management Requirements · Degree holders with minimum 2 years related working experience / Diploma holders with minimum3 years related working experience · Singapore Diploma / Degree holder with related working experience in Singapore is preferred · Fresh Graduates are also welcome with the ability as a fast learner · Excellent communication , Interpersonal and PR Skills · Good Conversational and Writing skills in English and Mandarin · Positive attitudeand work independently with minimum supervision · Highest level of confidentiality when dealing in all matters · Well organized and able to multi-task
工作职责 · 行政支持工作,安排出差行程(包括订票和预定酒店等) · 全套秘书和行政方面的工作 · 有人事相关经验为佳,能协助人事部进行新员工的招聘和报到安排 · 其它公司管理部门随时分配的工作 要求 · 本科学历者有两年相关工作经验,或者 新加坡本地大专学历者有三年相关工作经验 · 新加坡本地学校毕业和相关工作经验者优先考虑 · 欢迎学习能力强的应届毕业生 · 良好的沟通和人际关系处理能力 · 英语听说读写流利,至少CET6 或者TEM8 · 中文听说读写流利 · 自律、自主性强,能独立完成工作 · 工作当中要有良好的保密意识 · 做事有条理,能同时接手和安排好多项工作 · 熟练应用Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
