请教一下回国买车可以免税的问题？

听说要在大使馆办一张材料，就可以回国免税买车，是真的么？知道的话可以详细告诉我么？谢谢了！！！[em01]

我记得对于买车的时间和车型也有限制，具体情况不清楚....Flower兄知否？

我印象中只有7种车型可选，全是夏利什么的听着就郁闷了
