有，我知道有人通过这个去的。不过中国大陆出生的人没有资格参加。这个不是中国人多不多的原因。这个东西的目的是保证美国移民的多元性，所以凡是上一年移民超过一定数目的国家，那个国家出生的人就没有资格参加了。而中国每年移民数目都大大超出他的限制，所以不可能有资格了。
