DP要能找工作,是否与申请时提交的材料有关

<p>我是EP,刚RENEW下来,想帮我LP办理DP,下载了MOM提供的FORM,我是MANUAL,因为ONLINE 申请不懂(要如何申请呢?),公司HR填完相应的表格,</p><p>按照表格的要求提交相关的材料,但后来听一位朋友说如果DP要能找工作,须提交学历公证(表格没要求),是否是这样的呢?还有MOM在哪里提交申请呢?谢谢</p>
