<p>这是EP holder</p><p><font face="Tahoma" size="2"> If your employer refuses to fill up the Annex A, you may submit your PR application with a self-explanatory letter and the following evidence of your employment to facilitate our processing and consideration of the application:</font> <br/><br/><font face="sans-serif" size="2">- original and photo copy of your appointment letter stating the commencement date, appointment and basic salary earned;</font> <br/><font face="sans-serif" size="2">- valid Employment Pass card, valid Employment Pass endorsement on a valid passport;</font> <br/><font face="sans-serif" size="2">- last 6 months payslips (if employed for less than 6 months, please produce the current payslips which you have, in accordance to your period of employment in the company); and</font> <br/><font face="sans-serif" size="2">- completed Annex A without company's chop and authorised signature.</font> <br/></p> |
