<p>most of time they will ask you to go for the first time interview, they will gather some basic information about ou and keep them into therir database. Once there is any job which suits you, they will arrange the interview for you. but there is no guarantee you will get the job.</p>
<p>You have to check their contract carefully as they will charge you $50 for admin fee and&nbsp;you&nbsp;can not resign&nbsp;if they get any offer for you. That is because they always try to give their client a very propessional image. althrough they are not at all. </p>

<p>Anyway,&nbsp;always be careful when deal with these agencies.&nbsp;</p>

<p>而且他们公司有个recruiter很不专业，替我安排了一个面试，面试前一天我接受了另外的offer之后让她帮我取消，她竟然气冲冲问我接受的是什么公司，薪水多少，然后一直说那间MNC多好多好，非叫我请假去面试，说是多一个选择。实在是强人所难</p>

<p>&nbsp;我也收到RECRUITER的面试通知，是上周四，面试的是他们公司的猎头顾问，一共做了4套测试，说这周会根据测试的成绩看是否给予二面的机会!面试的是个30左右的女人，一上来就开英文，态度也不是很友好，英文我的英文实在不怎么样，感觉悬，不知道你什么情况？！</p>

[BR]那大家觉得MANPOWER 怎么样啊? 我有很多工作是她们介绍的.虽然因为我现在怀孕的原因去不了.但是感觉她们还挺热心的.介绍的公司都还不错,跟踪也蛮紧的.没有向我收过中介费,也没说成功后会向我收.只是我不知道有没有通过他们找到工作后,,,怎么样呢?
