有Single Journey Visa 是不是不需要办理签证了？

我的In-Principle Approval Letter 中，有一项是Single Journey Visa：原文如下
The controller of Immigration has approved a Single Journey Entry Visa for this applicant. He/She will be issued with a visit pass and the Visa when his travel documents are presented for endorsement at the Work Pass Division, Ministry of Manpower. A fee will be charged for its use together with any other statutory fees that are to be paid during collection of the Pass.
这个意思，是不是我拿着IPA的信从中国去新加坡不需要再办理入境签证了？请大家帮忙给指点一下！ |

我曾经在网上看过有人说，不办理签证的话，中国不让出境，但是新加坡那边拿着IPA的信，我可以入境！怎么这么乱套呢！ |

不需要的，你办理登机牌和出关的时候只要出示那封信就可以。写得很明白，该信附带Single Journey Visa.
当年本人就是这么过来的。 |

来了以后，你的公司会需要这封信和你的护照，拿到MOM给你办理批准的工作签证，同时会在你的护照上盖上这个Single Journey Visa 并注明performed. 就是这样。 |

不需要办理了，in-principle letter中已经批准了单程入境签证 |
